1. Payment for room reservations are due at time of booking. All reservations may be paid on-line or in the Ober Park Administrative Office. No "on-site" payments will be accepted.
2. Weekend bookings must be received by no later than 3pm Thursday prior to the desired weekend booking. Commons/School District Facilities are not available for "last minute" weekend reservation requests made after 3pm on Thursdays.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Due to administrative costs associated with cancellations, refunds and credits are not available. There is a $26.25 processing fee for schedule changes.
