Welcome to the Vashon Park District’s Project Bid Information page. The Vashon Park District solicits sealed bids for public works projects over $300,000 . The Small Works process is often used for projects under $300,000. The Vashon Park District maintains its own in-house Small Works Roster. All parties interested in joining the Small Works Roster are encouraged to contact Shawn Gateman for an application packet at sgateman@vashonparks.org.

Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQ’s) are issued when the District requires professional services that are not available in-house. For questions on purchasing and contracting, please contact the District Office at: 206-463-9602.
